TIM ROBINSON

Founder

Chief Executive Officer

Tim Robinson, Jr. is the founder and CEO of Addiction Recovery Care, LLC, which operates a network of over 30 addiction treatment centers in Eastern and Central Kentucky based in Louisa. 

The organization offers a continuum of care, including centers for detox, residential, transitional, IOP, outpatient, MAT, outpatient, vocational rehabilitation, and job training. The treatment centers are holistic, with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, and a spirituality emphasis that includes the 12 steps and pastoral care. Robinson is a recovering alcoholic and former prosecutor who celebrated 17 years of sobriety in December of 2023.

Tim graduated from Cumberland College with a BS in Political Science and the University of Kentucky College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Tim was a partner at Hogan & Robinson, PLLC before founding Addiction Recovery Care. Tim and his wife, Lelia, consider it their mission to help those with substance abuse issues while focusing on the alleviation of generational poverty. They have dedicated their lives to offering opportunities for treatment throughout Kentucky. It is their heart and goal to help each and every person who is suffering from addiction.

MATT BROWN

President of ARC Healthcare

Chief Administration Officer

Matt Brown serves as President of ARC Healthcare. He oversees the 1,000+ employee organization that operates a network of more than 30 addiction treatment facilities across 23 Kentucky counties. He has been involved in the development of ARC’s program expansion since May 2015, during which ARC has opened well over 20 programs.

Matt has a deep and personal understanding of addiction and the recovery process. He began his recovery journey in May 2014 after an 18-year battle with addiction. Like many of ARC’s employees and management, he personally received long-term care from the company.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from UK. Prior to coming to ARC, he had a 12-year career practicing in the field of physical therapy. He helped launch and operate several successful physical therapy start-ups, is co-founder and board chair of Rise Above (a community-oriented non-profit), and founded The Table Church in Louisa, KY.

Matt and his wife Summer, an elementary school assistant principal, live in Louisa, KY and are committed to seeing people and families come out of the cycles and traumas of addiction. They know that people can live a life of purpose and destiny.

PAT FOGARTY

Chief Operating Officer

General Manager of Behavioral Health

Pat Fogarty serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Behavioral Health for Addiction Recovery Care, overseeing the ARC recovery program, clinical department, medical department, residential treatment centers, outpatient programs, pharmacy, health systems, system analytics, and revenue cycle throughout the ARC network.

Prior to joining ARC, Pat worked for the biopharmaceutical company Alkermes as the National Director of Community Relations. Pat’s team concentrated on reducing barriers to the treatment system and expanding opportunities for recovery through advocacy and policy change. Pat has extensive experience in addiction treatment and recovery, including previously working in leadership at The Healing Place, where he served in a variety of functions, including program supervision, program development, business development, replication, and community engagement.

Pat comfortably claims the distinction of being someone in long-term recovery and finding his purpose in life with opportunities to work in the recovery field.

Pat is a University of Louisville graduate and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Pat resides outside of Louisville, KY with his wife, Erin, and three children — Chris, Ruby, and Stella.

LAWRENCE VINSON

Chief Compliance & Quality Officer

Chief of Staff

Lawrence A. Vinson joined Addiction Recovery Care as the Corporate Director of Healthcare Administration on April 1st, 2019. Since then Mr. Vinson has served as ARC’s Vice President of Healthcare Operations and now helps lead the company as ARC’s Chief Compliance and Quality Officer and Chief of Staff. Before his work with ARC, he worked four years as the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance at Three Rivers Medical Center (TRMC) in Louisa, KY. In addition, his tenure at TRMC included working as their Quality Coordinator/Data Abstractor, and as a registered nurse. Lawrence was also the five-year owner/operator of AMAS Financial Services, providing a financial counseling service for indigent hospital customers.

In doing so, he worked closely with the Social Security Administration and the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services. Lawrence’s near 20 years of healthcare experience makes him a valuable asset to our clients, our company, and the communities we serve.

Mr. Vinson lives in Louisa and is actively involved in his community and church. He serves as the Associate Pastor at his church. He has spent the last twenty years serving the local community in various civic organizations including the Ky Child Assault Prevention Board, 4H council, Boy Scouts of America, Lawrence County Septemberfest, Lawrence County Extension Agency, and represents Lawrence County as the presidentially appointed Selective Service Board Member.

GEOFF MARIETTA

Executive Vice President of Finance

President of ARC Enterprises

Geoff Marietta currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Addiction Recovery Care (ARC), leading the finance team. In addition, Geoff serves as the President of ARC Enterprises, where he helps lead a network of small businesses that serve as job training and career pathways for its clients. Each of these roles allows Geoff to support ARC’s Crisis to Career™ treatment and recovery model.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montana in Forestry, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a PhD from Harvard University. Prior to ARC, Geoff served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of the Cumberlands and founded Invest 606, Eastern Kentucky’s business accelerator and pitch contest. Geoff has written three books, most recently, Rural Education in America, published by Harvard Ed Press.

Geoff and his wife Sky, who owns and operates several restaurants across Eastern Kentucky, live in Harlan, KY with their two boys, Harlan and Perry. They are committed to disrupting the cycle of poverty in families by providing people with dignified, career worthy jobs.

JESSICA BURKE

Chief Legal Officer

 

Jessica Burke is the Chief Legal Officer at Addiction Recovery Care.

Jessica brings a breadth of experience to her role at ARC. Before joining ARC full-time in 2020, Jessica’s experience includes being General Counsel to the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, a Partner at the law firm of Chalmers & Adams, LLC, Deputy General Counsel for the Kentucky State Senate, owner of a solo legal practice, and practicing at a large firm in Chicago. Jessica has also served as a Commissioner on the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals, Kentucky Claims Commission, and Kentucky Crime Victims Compensation Board.

Jessica holds a Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School (cum laude) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Kentucky (cum laude).

JOHN WILSON

Market President, Addiction Treatment

& Recovery Division

John Wilson serves as the Market President of ARC’s Addiction Treatment and Recovery Division, which oversees ARC’s network of residential treatment centers across the Commonwealth. He started his career as the CEO of Crown Recovery Center, which is believed to be the largest and most comprehensive treatment facility of its kind in the United States.
 
Prior to entering the recovery field, Wilson served four terms as Judge Executive in Garrard County, Kentucky, where he saw firsthand the devastating toll America’s drug problem has taken on our families and communities.
 
Wilson is also a licensed attorney who served on the Kentucky Criminal Justice Council, tasked with making recommendations on Kentucky’s penal code to the General Assembly, and was appointed to the Access to Justice Commission by Kentucky Supreme Court Chief Justice Minton. Wilson has served in various leadership roles on dozens of boards and commissions and previously served as a legislative aid in the Kentucky General Assembly.

KAYLA PARSONS

Senior Vice President of Administration

Kayla Parsons is the Senior Vice President of Administration at ARC. In her current position, Kayla leads the Administration Business Office, along with working on a variety of projects for the Administration Division, including marketing, strategic communications, business development, and organizational strategy.

Kayla originally came to ARC as a client in 2016 after a ten-year battle with addiction. After taking advantage of ARC’s vocational training opportunities, she has worked her way from residential staff to her current position.

Kayla is currently pursuing her Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands. She received ARC’s Female Rookie of the Year in 2018 and Corporate All-Star in 2019. Kayla, her husband Jason, and their three children live in Louisa, KY.

PAIGE ROSS

Senior Vice President of Medical Operations

Paige Ross is the Senior Vice President of Medical Operations. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Paige has dedicated her nursing career to specializing in the treatment of behavioral health and addiction medicine. Through nursing leadership, Paige’s mission continues to remain the same – to create the best possible client experience and deliver the highest quality of client outcomes.

When she is not working, Paige enjoys spending time with her children and traveling anywhere warm and sunny.

MEGAN COLDIRON

Senior Vice President of Business Operations

 

Megan Coldiron is the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and has been with ARC since June 2014. Because of her experience and dedication to her own long-term sobriety, she is extremely passionate about serving others in recovery.

Megan has steadily worked up the ranks of ARC after starting as a drug screen collector. She has held a number of administrative and managerial roles within the company, including Strategic Operations Manager, Denials Manager of Revenue Cycle, Residential Billing Supervisor, Associate Director of Residential Services, Director of Outpatient, and Director of Outreach Services. Previously, she worked with Operation UNITE, promoting abstinence programs in Kentucky schools, and with Hope Hills, where she worked with juveniles experiencing addiction.

Megan brings more than a decade of experience to the table in combating addiction in Kentucky. She is known for her ability to network, her skills in process development and implementation, claim management, and her knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures promulgated by BHSO, AODE, and CARF. In 2014, she started a ministry in the Rowan County Jail focused on mentoring women struggling with addiction, as well as local community volunteer work. 

Megan earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology at the University of the Cumberlands. She is also a recent graduate with an MBA focused on Healthcare Administration.

SCOTT ROBINSON

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Scott Robinson is the Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he manages new startups, expansions, and project management.

Previously, Scott worked for American Electric Power corporately as the Software Implementation Project Manager over multi-state sites. Later, he settled into a multifaceted role as an Information Technology Director, Accounting Associate, and Plant Operator for Kentucky Power’s Big Sandy Plant.

Scott has played a vital role in the start-up of Addiction Recovery Care. He implemented the first outpatient center in 2012 and helped navigate the organization to become one of the first licensed Behavioral Health Organization entities in the state. Scott’s most valued accomplishment is that he is married with three beautiful children and is a youth pastor in his community.
